The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the leadership and supervision of day-to-day operations of volunteers, ensuring excellent organizational skills strong leadership abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact. Additionally, the volunteer coordinator is responsible for managing all volunteers, ensuring that they are properly onboarded, continuously trained, supported in their roles and communicating all changes/updates to volunteers and child life team. While managing the volunteer schedule, the volunteer coordinator works in collaboration with student coordinator for effective volunteer/student schedule. Communicate changes & updates to volunteers & child life team.
